Atlanta Center for Restorative Dentistry is seeking a motivated, personable, and technically skilled team member to join our growing dental practice. This position is ideal for someone with strong computer and IT abilities who also enjoys working with people and supporting a high-quality patient care environment.
We are looking for an individual with experience in dental software, dental imaging systems, computer networking, website support, and general office technology. The ideal applicant will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be willing to assist with administrative duties and selected clinical patient care support as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
*Maintain and troubleshoot dental software systems, including practice management and imaging software
*Support Carestream imaging systems, digital radiography, intraoral cameras, CBCT imaging, and related dental technology
*Assist with dental computer networking, workstation setup, printer/scanner support, software updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity awareness
*Help manage website updates, online forms, digital marketing support, and basic web content development
*Support the front office team with administrative tasks, scheduling, patient communication, document organization, and digital records
*Assist clinical team members with selected non-invasive patient care support, room turnover, equipment readiness, and digital imaging workflow
*Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, vendors, and team members
*Help create efficient systems that improve patient experience, practice organization, and team productivity
Preferred Qualifications
*Experience with dental practice software and digital imaging systems
*Familiarity with Carestream Dental, CS Imaging, CBCT, digital radiographs, and intraoral camera systems
*Knowledge of dental office computer networks, workstations, printers, scanners, cloud systems, and data backup
*Website development or website maintenance experience preferred
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
*Willingness to assist in administrative and clinical support roles when needed
*Prior dental office experience is strongly preferred but not required for the right candidate with strong technical skills
