Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator – Limestone Hills Orthodontics
Limestone Hills Orthodontics is hiring a Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator! We are looking for an engaging, personable individual who is professional, well-organized, and eager to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Salary is dependent on credentials and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
-Following up on phone calls and patient inquiries
-Assisting patients with consult scheduling
-Coordinating patient records and ensuring accurate documentation
-Collaborating with the RCM manager to monitor and track insurance payments
-Maintaining and tracking practice finances accurately
- Managing inventory in communication with lead assistant.
- Basic practice maintenance and tidying up duties.
Qualifications:
-Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients
-Experience in a dental office or hospitality industry is highly desirable
-Dental assisting experience is a plus but not required
