Community Health Network is seeking a full-time Patient Experience Supervisor (PXS). PXS is responsible for strengthening the organization's culture of service excellence and innovation by assisting the Patient Service Manager. Supervises staff engaged in patient experience activities including but not limited to, appointment check-in/out, payment collection, patient portal communications, insurance verification, and telehealth (phone and video) appointments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum two-three (2-3) year of clerical or front office experience within a medical, behavioral health, and/or dental setting
Bilingual ability in Spanish, preferred.
Familiarity with office equipment: computer keyboarding, calculators, photocopiers, and faxes.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with people of all socioeconomic levels.
Strong team player with a focus on collaboration.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Consumer advocate for quality health care and services.
Essential Job Duties:
Provides direction and day to day supervision for Patient Service Specialists with respect to the defined CHN customer service processes including listening skills, problem resolution and adherence to established guidelines while ensuring that production numbers in the call center are consistently met.
Provides mentorship and training for Patient Service Specialist. When needed provide Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) or Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
Resolve patient concerns by using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Answer questions and offer other information, as requested, to provide patient-focused service and a positive impression of the organization.
Tracks and trends outcomes, communicates data and goals, makes recommendations, and partners with leaders to develop and implement action plans.
Other duties as assigned within scope.

Factors used in determining the salary offered include the candidate's qualifications as well as the pay rates of other employees in similar positions.
ADDITIONAL JOB-RELATED INFORMATION:
Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 6:00PM, with a rotating weekend.
This position may require work in addition to regular hours and occasional weekends.
