Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, personable, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to be the bridge between our clinical team and patients. This role is critical in helping patients understand their treatment, say “yes” to care, and feel confident about their decisions.
This is not just a front desk role — this is a sales + patient experience + leadership position within the practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Improve case acceptance through education, communication, and follow-up
• Verify insurance and explain benefits in simple, patient-friendly terms
• Coordinate scheduling for optimal production efficiency
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and reactivation lists
• Handle financial arrangements and payment options
• Create an exceptional, welcoming patient experience from start to finish
• Work closely with the doctor and hygienists to align on treatment priorities

What We’re Looking For
• Previous dental front office or treatment coordinator experience (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence discussing treatment and finances
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable with goals, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Archy) is a plus
