Private Practice Hygiene Position

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented dental hygiene professional to join our growing practice. Our patient-focused dental office prioritizes comfort, care, and education. This is a full-time opportunity in a modern, multi-specialty environment serving a broad range of dental needs, including general dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and single-doctor care. Our practice also works with PPO and private patients, offering a dynamic and varied clinical experience. As part of a collaborative team, you will play an important role in promoting long-term oral health and helping patients build strong preventive care habits.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services while maintaining a calm, supportive chairside presence. You will work with one patient at a time and typically spend one hour per appointment, allowing for meaningful interactions, thorough care, and clear patient education. A strong focus on communication, clinical precision, and preventive guidance is essential.

We value a safe and well-equipped work environment. Personal protective equipment provided includes disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. A one-hour lunch break is included in the daily schedule. Parking is available in both a parking lot and on the street for added convenience.

We are seeking a professional who is dependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a practice that is expanding to meet growing patient demand. The ideal candidate will have a college-level education, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a respectful and patient-centered setting.
