We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, down-to-earth team at our modern dental office, where patient care is our top priority. Located in Lakeview East, we pride ourselves on creating a comfortable and supportive work environment, allowing our team members to thrive both personally and professionally.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a critical role in our practice, providing high-quality clinical care while fostering meaningful relationships with our patients. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient education, preventative care, and a genuine desire to help individuals maintain their oral health. You will be responsible for performing thorough dental cleanings, scaling and root planning (SRP), administering local anesthesia, and providing nitrous oxide (N2O) as needed.
This full-time position offers one-on-one patient appointments, providing you with the opportunity to spend 1 to 1.5 hours per patient, allowing for comprehensive care and personalized attention. We value the expertise of our Hygienists and believe that you should have the time, tools, and respect necessary to deliver exceptional dentistry. Our office supports your professional growth by providing training in Eaglesoft and other essential skills.
To ensure your safety and comfort, we provide high-quality personal protective equipment, including nitrile gloves, masks, and washed lab coats. Enjoy a respectable one-hour lunch break and benefit from free neighborhood parking during the day.
As part of our team, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from $50 to $58 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, IRA contributions, paid holidays, and an end-of-year bonus. While we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience, we welcome passionate new graduates eager to learn and grow with us.
