Rockstar Dental Hygienist needed for a private practice!

We are Dental Inc - a new private practice that's expanding our team. This practice was started to bring a fresh new perspective and experience to dentistry - to help patients enjoy a visit to the dentist, rather than dread it. The goal is simple - work hard, play hard, and make patients smile each and every day. We’re looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Ideal traits:
- Outstanding customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Multitask between multiple patients
- Team player
- Talks about dental issues to patients prior to the doctor coming in (co-discovery with the doctor is a must, we’re a team!)
- Exceptional perio knowledge - can educate patients about health/disease
- We offer competitive pay, great hours, the ability to grow with our office, and an incredible team that you would be joining.

Pay: salary starting at $110,000 per year (plus a potential $5,000 sign on bonus***)

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday
NO Weekends (3 days weekends forever!)

Benefits:
- PTO (starts at 2 weeks then increases annually)
- 401k match
