Dental hygienist

We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly organized, low-chaos environment with strong patient demand (hygiene currently booked 6 months out).

About Our Practice:

Solo doctor, 3-operatory modern practice
Strong and loyal patient base
Focus on quality care and patient education (not high-pressure volume)
Digital systems and efficient workflow using Open Dental
Supportive team environment with clear systems in place
Schedule:

1-2 days per week (flexible)
No evenings or weekends required (can be adjusted if desired)
Compensation & Benefits:

$55–$62/hour (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
Perform thorough periodontal charting and assessments
Educate patients on oral health and treatment needs
Identify and communicate treatment opportunities (perio, restorative needs)
Collaborate closely with the doctor for seamless patient care
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Dental Hygienist in Massachusetts
Strong clinical and communication skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to stay on schedule and maintain efficiency
Interest in patient education and comprehensive care
