At our practice, we prioritize quality over quantity. With only 1-2 hygiene chairs in operation at any given time, you’ll have the unique advantage of focusing entirely on your patients without the stress of competing for exams. Our ethos centers around patient care, and we proudly maintain a no-pressure, no sales environment—there's no corporate “junk” here!

What We Offer:
- Work Environment: A chill, friendly atmosphere equipped with modern technology that makes your job as seamless as possible.
- Schedule: Enjoy a flexible work schedule with hours designed to provide a balanced work-life dynamic. Our typical hours include Mondays from 9 am to 6 pm (with a 1-hour lunch), Wednesdays from 1 pm to 7 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm.
- Patient Care: You will see one patient at a time, allowing for in-depth, personalized hygiene sessions. Typical appointments include 45-minute recalls, 1-hour new patient assessments, and deeper cleanings for patients with poor oral health.
- Comprehensive Benefits: We work with a select handful of PPOs and out-of-network (OON) plans, giving you the chance to provide the best care without the complications of extensive insurance networks.

Qualifications:
We welcome both new and experienced Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) to join our team. You should possess strong skills in Dental Charting, Fluoride Treatment, Oral Cancer Screening, and Prophylaxis, among others. Familiarity with Dentrix and Vixwin is also beneficial.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive rate of $50 per hour, which is negotiable based on experience.

We are a small, family owned office. We only run 1-2 hygiene chairs at a time (no fighting for exams!) and we don't require any selling or up charging (no corporate junk here!). We have a pretty chill environment with all the modern tech to make doing your thing easy peasy.
