Registered Dental Assistant – Opportunity for Professional Growth

BridgeView Dental is looking for a motivated Registered Dental Assistant who is eager to learn, grow, and become a long-term member of our team. We welcome both newer assistants who are beginning their careers and experienced assistants interested in expanding their clinical knowledge.

Our office provides more than traditional general dentistry. We specialize in neuromuscular dentistry and offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced treatments, technology, and techniques. Previous neuromuscular dentistry experience is not required—we value someone who is curious, coachable, dependable, and excited to continue developing their skills.

Our current assistant will be out of the country from mid-September through November. We would like our new assistant to begin as soon as possible and work alongside her before she leaves, allowing time to become familiar with our office, team, patients, and clinical systems.

This is not a temporary position. The selected candidate will remain a permanent member of our team after our current assistant returns.

Schedule:

Approximately 16 working days per month
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
No Saturdays or Sundays
Schedule planned approximately seven months in advance

Qualifications:

Current Texas RDA registration
Current CPR certification
Newer and experienced dental assistants are encouraged to apply
Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional
Compassionate with strong communication and patient-care skills
Willing to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively
Dentrix experience is helpful but not required
