Houston, TXJoin our growing dental practice in NW Houston as a part-time Dental Assistant! We are proud to offer a supportive and dynamic work environment, and we’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our practice. We have been serving the community for two years, encompasses various specialties, including General Dentistry, Pedodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, and some Endodontics. Nitrous certification needed.
As a Dental Assistant, you'll be involved in a range of activities, including taking X-rays, performing sterilization procedures, and assisting with dental surgeries. You should be comfortable with panoramic imaging, CBCT, iTero scans, temporary crown fabrication, cord packing, adjustments to dentures and crowns and invisalign attachments. Additionally, you'll support front office operations as needed, including insurance verification and appointment scheduling, so being a team player is essential.
We provide PPE, including nitrile gloves and regular masks, to ensure your safety. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in a dental setting and be cross-trained in various skills, such as dental charting, coronal polishing, and suture removal.
