Responsibilities:

- Assist with 4-handed dentistry
- Prepare and seat patients comfortably
- Maintain sterilization protocols
- Set up and break down operatories
- Educate patients on post-op and oral hygiene
- Support treatment plan discussions
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation
- Help create a smooth, elevated patient experience

Compensation & Growth:

**$16–$24 per hour
Pay is based on skill set, initiative, and value added.

We conduct regular performance and compensation reviews as your skills grow.
