As we continue to grow, we are looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create beautiful smiles and promote oral health within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough dental hygiene care, including but not limited to routine cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
- Utilize your expertise to deliver exceptional New Patient Experiences, ensuring patients feel valued and informed about their oral health.
- Spend dedicated and unhurried time with each patient, typically 45 minutes to 1 hour for recare appointments, and 1 to 1.5 hours for new patient evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with our multi-doctor team across various specialties, including General Dentistry, Pedodontics, Periodontics, and Prosthodontics, to offer seamless care.
- Maintain a gentle and energetic atmosphere, consistently listening to patient needs and concerns with respect.
Qualifications:
- Current Dental Hygienist License with Anesthesia Certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient education and comfort.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-centered environment.
