We are a friendly, patient-focused family dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients of all ages for the past 15 years. Located in an affluent area, we take pride in our close-knit team atmosphere and believe in making every visit a positive experience. As a solo provider with a small number of team members, we have created a warm and inviting work environment where collaboration is key and each member plays an integral role in patient care.
We are currently seeking a caring and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time or a part-time basis. This position has become available due to the current dental hygienist's medical leave who was with us for past 6 years, and we are excited to find someone who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care.
As a Dental Hygienist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, ranging from young professionals to elderly patients. Our loyal patients value the personal relationships they've developed, and we are looking for someone who is eager to contribute to this experience. You will typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing you to provide thorough, individualized care. Depending on the day, you may see one or two patients simultaneously, which adds variety to your workflow.
In our practice, we prioritize safety and comfort, providing our staff with high-quality personal protective equipment including disposable gowns, face shields, and gloves. Our team maintains a comfortable work-life balance, with a generous one-hour lunch break daily.
We offer competitive compensation, with an hourly rate of $65 to $70, along with various benefits, including medical insurance and paid time off (PTO), in-house dental services. While no prior experience is required, a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care are essential.
