We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical abilities, communicates effectively with patients, and thrives in a well-organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed
*Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting
*Take and interpret dental radiographs
*Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
*Assist in developing and presenting treatment recommendations
*Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
*Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
*Collaborate with the doctor and team to support efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

*Active Dental Hygienist license in Utah
*Strong knowledge of periodontal disease and treatment protocols
*Excellent communication and patient education skills
*Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to adapt and contribute to evolving systems
*Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

*Competitive hourly rate: $40.15 - $48.36 depending on experience
