About the Role
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and oral health education. You’ll play a key role in providing preventive dental services, building lasting relationships with patients, and supporting our practice’s mission of creating healthy smiles in a welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, exams, and periodontal therapy
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and treatment plans
Take and interpret digital X-rays, chart findings, and update patient records
Work closely with dentists and assistants to deliver seamless care
Maintain strict compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
What We’re Looking For
Active Dental Hygienist license in Ohio
Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
Experience with digital X-rays and charting software (Dentrix experience a plus)
Current CPR certification
A strong commitment to patient education and long-term oral health
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
No weekends, no late evenings
Compensation
$40–$50 per hour (commensurate with experience)
