Hygienist needed for family practice

Position Available: Part-Time Dental Hygienist

Join our vibrant dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality oral care and fostering positive patient relationships. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. Our office specializes in general dentistry within a welcoming environment supported by a single doctor and services primarily offered through PPO and private plans.

As an ideal candidate, you will bring a minimum of two years of experience in dental hygiene, equipped with essential skills including cavitron use, periodontal treatments, and patient education. Your expertise in CPR, dental charting, fluoride treatment, and the use of advanced dental technology (such as intraoral cameras and digital X-rays) will enhance the quality of care we provide to our patients. We encourage candidates who are passionate about oral health and enjoy working one-on-one with patients, as this role emphasizes building trust and delivering tailored care to each individual.

Our practice is committed to a patient-centered approach, where we take the time to listen and engage with our patients, understanding their unique experiences and health goals. Every day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives, and we provide an environment that fosters professional growth and collaboration. You will typically see one patient at a time, allowing for in-depth sessions that last around 60 minutes, during which you will perform cleanings, offer hygiene instruction, and support with treatment planning.

To ensure your safety and that of our patients, we provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, and N95 masks.

Flexible scheduling is available, with requirements for Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts. Our supportive team atmosphere and growing practice are complemented by competitive compensation averaging between $50 and $57 per hour, with regular yearly increases, along with benefits such as insurance and a 401K plan.
