Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygiene professional to join a well-established, patient-focused dental office serving a diverse range of procedures, including General, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, and Endodontics. Our practice is a single-doctor, PPO, and private office committed to delivering high-quality care in a comfortable, efficient environment.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced hygienist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing thorough, personalized care. The position is available because our current dental hygienist is retiring, and we are looking for someone who can step into the role with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities include providing complete hygiene services, taking x-rays, perio-charting, scheduling, and clearly communicating treatment recommendations to patients. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing you the time needed to deliver excellent care and education. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will play an important role in helping patients understand their oral health and treatment options. A great conversational style and the ability to explain treatment in a clear, reassuring way are highly valued.

Candidates must have 2–3 years of experience as a dental hygienist. Honesty about experience is important, and we are looking for someone who is confident in their clinical skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-quality practice. Proficiency with Dentrix is required, along with strong skills in perio-charting and dental radiography. College-level education is expected for this role.

We offer a supportive work environment, one-hour lunch break, and convenient parking in the back office. PPE provided includes N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to help ensure a safe workplace. Compensation for this position is $65–$70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
