Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Orthodontic Experience Required
LOCATION
Dallas, TXWe are seeking a full-time dental professional to join our warm, collaborative practice that serves patients with general, orthodontic, multi-specialty, and single-doctor care in a PPO and private setting. Our team is known for its strong culture, modern technology, and patient-first approach. We value teamwork, kindness, and a commitment to creating a comfortable, stress-free experience for every patient.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and strong orthodontic skills. Responsibilities include assisting with clinical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and processing x-rays as permitted, charting, and supporting both general and orthodontic treatments. You will also help maintain smooth daily operations, communicate clearly with patients, and contribute to a positive, professional office environment.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a caring team. A high school education is required, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a busy, modern practice.
This position offers an hourly rate of $20 to $28, based on experience and qualifications. If you enjoy building relationships and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles, we would love to hear from you.
