Description
Well-established, private practice (solo doctor). Low volume, high touch practice is seeking Registered Dental Hygienist (this is a single hygienist office). Typically, we schedule 1 hr recare, 1 ½-2 hrs for ½ srps & NP, and ½ hr for child recare.

Technical experience we are looking for: Attention to detail, promotes dental health by completing dental prophylaxis, chart conditions of decay and disease, comfortable with Dentrix, digital x-rays, strong computer and phone skills, and experience with documenting treatment plans and notes.
Character traits we are looking for: Kind, honest, fun, team player, cheerful, flexible, self-motivated, teachable, punctual, good grooming and professional image, welcoming, positive and able to follow instructions well.

Job Duties:
- Dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and child prophylaxis
- Maintain instrumentation for dental treatment by sharpening, cleaning and sterilizing instruments
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
- Clean and prep dental equipment/instrumentation and sterilization
- Ordering toothbrushes
- Other duties as assigned

Our typical employee stays with us for an extended period of time. Compensation commensurate with experience, PTO, Holiday pay, Monthly bonus plan, and 401(k) after probationary period.
