Seeking a caring Dental Hygienist for full or part time, Pick your schedule

We are seeking Dental Hygienist to join our caring dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control practices, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, particularly with patient with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Take and interpret medical imaging as needed.
Ensure patient comfort during procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
Proven experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
ability to work and care for adult patients with special needs.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge.
Unrestricted dental hygiene license.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
