Experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator
(Dental Experience Required)
Private Dental Office - Forney Pay: $23–26 per hour (based on experience and performance)
This position is for experienced dental front desk professionals only. Applicants without prior dental front desk experience will not be considered.
We are a modern, privately owned dental practice seeking a reliable, organized Front Desk Coordinator who can step into an established office and contribute immediately. Training and support are provided, but this is not an entry-level role.
Role Overview
This position focuses on front desk execution and patient coordination. Treatment plan presentations are handled by our office manager.
The right candidate is confident in managing the daily flow of the office, maintaining schedule integrity, and providing a calm, professional experience for patients.
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience
Experience scheduling hygiene and doctor columns
Experience managing confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules
Strong phone skills and professional patient communication
Experience with check-in, check-out, and collecting payments
Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Applicants without dental office experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules efficiently and proactively
Answer incoming calls and communicate clearly with patients
Coordinate appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules
Handle patient check-in and check-out accurately
Collect payments and ensure proper account handling
Support the office manager and clinical team with smooth front desk operations
Maintain organization, professionalism, and consistency at the front desk
