Lead Dental Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Dental Assistant to join our privately owned general dental practice, led by Dr. Dziubyk, who has been serving the community since 1990. With a close-knit team of 2.5 assistants, 2 hygienists, and 2 front desk employees—most of whom have been with us for over a decade—we pride ourselves on fostering a friendly and enjoyable work environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
In this full-time position, you will be instrumental in supporting our diverse practice areas, including General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, and Endodontics. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of dental assisting experience, particularly those with a background in cosmetic dentistry. Strong people skills are essential for providing exceptional patient experiences.
Our office offers competitive compensation starting at $30 per hour, along with benefits such as paid time off (PTO), bonuses, and a 401k plan. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring your safety and comfort.
