We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a well-established general practice in a single-doctor, PPO-supported office setting. This once-a-week opportunity is ideal for a candidate with at least 1+ years of experience who is confident in delivering high-quality preventive care and enjoys building positive patient relationships in a steady, supportive environment.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services for one patient at a time, allowing you to spend approximately one hour with each appointment. This workflow supports thorough care, patient education, and attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable with single column hygiene and able to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate will have a college-level education and a commitment to excellent clinical standards, patient communication, and professionalism. Responsibilities will include performing routine hygiene procedures, reviewing oral health concerns, documenting findings accurately, and educating patients on effective home care and preventive treatment. Strong chairside manner and the ability to create a calm, efficient patient experience are essential.

The schedule includes Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This position is structured for once a week, permanent employment and offers a stable, predictable practice environment. On-site parking is available for added convenience.

For safety and infection control, the office provides nitrile gloves and regular masks as part of the standard PPE supply. The practice is committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and well-equipped clinical setting.

Compensation for this role is $75-80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, the position includes a robust benefits package featuring health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
