Expanded Function Dental Assistant

This position is for an an advanced dental assistant. Responsibilities could include 3D smile planning, crown design, advanced patient communication, specialty coordination, purchasing management, and clinical assisting on a wide range of procedures (surgeries, orthodontics, cosmetics, etc), depending on the candidate. This position is for someone looking to go BEYOND basic dental assisting. We need someone who is ready to implement technology and people skills at the highest level.

We are a high-end, fee for service dental practice that offers a wide range of services and 5 star patient experience. We have a beautiful new office and state-of-the-art technology. Patients choose us for our first-class care ranging from full-mouth reconstruction and cosmetic makeovers to implants surgeries to simple fillings. The ideal candidate MUST HAVE joy with our team and patients, and the ability to think critically and learn as our practice grows!

The best candidates will work hard, have fun, and are constantly learning and improving. No evenings, one Saturday morning per month, half-days on Thursdays. No Fridays. (3 day weekend!)
