360 Family Dental is a fast-growing, technology-driven dental practice seeking a high-level Office Manager who knows how to run a productive, efficient, and accountable front office.

This is not an entry-level management role. We are looking for someone who can drive production, control the schedule, and lead a team with clarity and accountability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Own and manage the doctor’s schedule for maximum productivity (not just filling holes)
Ensure daily production and collection goals are met
Lead, train, and hold front desk team accountable
Drive treatment acceptance and case conversion
Oversee insurance, billing, and AR follow-up
Reduce cancellations and no-shows
Maintain a structured, efficient, and drama-free front office
Work directly with doctors to improve systems and performance
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a dental office manager in a busy PPO office
Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and collections
Ability to manage schedules strategically (not reactively)
Comfortable discussing finances and closing treatment
Leadership mindset: you can set expectations and enforce them
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
