Smile Scheduler and Orthodontic Records Tech
LOCATION
San Ramon, CAJoin our dynamic team at a leading orthodontic practice dedicated to transforming lives and delivering exceptional patient experiences. We are seeking a passionate and organized front office professional to support our growing practice.
In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and their families. You will utilize and/or learn skills in digital radiography, iTero, and Invisalign, while engaging with our scheduling software, Wave Ortho. Your role will involve handling patient inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

--> prior experience in hospitality is preferred
Starting at $18, with growth checks every 90-days performance reviews for the first year, then yearly performance reviews. Benefits include PTO/sick leave, a 401k plan, and paid holidays.
