Treatment Coordinator

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment plans and feel confident throughout their care journey. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong relationships with patients and teammates.
Responsibilities
• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and compassionately
• Coordinate and schedule patient treatment using Eaglesoft system
• Review insurance benefits, financial arrangements, and payment options
• Serve as a key communication link between patients, doctors, and the clinical team
• Answer patient questions and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support front office and clinical workflows as needed
Qualifications
• Specialty dental office experience preferred (periodontics a plus)
• Previous Treatment Coordinator or similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable discussing treatment and financial information
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Desire to learn and grow within a private practice setting
