We are a patient-focused, expanding dental practice with two well-established locations in McAllen and Palmview, Texas. We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to support our diverse range of services, which includes General, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, and more, working with Medicaid, PPO, and private insurance patients.
In this full-time role, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients from the moment they enter the office. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments using Open Dental software, assisting with dental billing, effectively presenting treatment plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Your bilingual skills will enhance communication with our diverse patient base.
We value organization and teamwork, so we're seeking someone with excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude. You will also benefit from an hour lunch break and be provided with all necessary personal protective equipment to ensure your safety.
