Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Sage Family Dental

Location: 114 Washington St, Dorchester, MA 02121
Pay: $55–$60 per hour

Sage Family Dental is looking for a passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who is looking to grow with an amazing practice and values providing excellent patient care.
Our office is a single-practitioner dental practice serving patients of all ages, with a primarily adult patient population. We are looking for a team player with strong chairside skills, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and strong communication skills.

Schedule:
3 days per week
No weekends
8-hour shifts
Flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients
Perform dental cleanings and periodontal assessments
Take dental radiographs as needed
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Follow OSHA and infection-control protocols
Work collaboratively with the dentist and dental team

Qualifications & Requirements:
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Required
Current Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License — Required
Dental radiology/X-ray certification — Required
CPR certification — Required
OSHA certification/training — Required
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong chairside and patient-care skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Spanish, Portuguese Creole, or French Creole is preferred but not required
