Wanted: Treatment Coordinator with EXCELLENT customer service

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, detailed oriented and professional individual and would like to join our team as a full-time Front Office Treatment Coordinator. We are a PPO and fee-for-service General Dental Office that offers many specialities and pride ourselves on providing high-quality care for our patients and their families, with an emphasis on excellent customer service, always aiming to create a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for our patients. This position requires experience in the dental field.

Duties would include explaining and scheduling treatment and recare appointments, verifying insurance, and other general office duties.

The ideal candidate must be a team player, reliable, professional, and have EXCELLENT customer service skills. They must be friendly and self-motivated, organized, able to work independently, and have very strong communication skills.

Exceptional people skills and a genuine commitment to patient satisfaction
Ability to create a welcoming and positive environment for all patients and visitors
Dentrix Ascend knowledge a plus
2 years Dental office experience required
Knowledge of dental insurance
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer knowledgeable, Google Drive knowledge is a plus

Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, compassionate, professional, organized, responsible, confidentiality, self-motivated, able to work independently, and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and effectively with a broad variety of people via telephone and via email. Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
