We are a modern dental practice located in Katy, TX, dedicated to providing exceptional general dentistry services with a strong focus on patient care. We have two locations ~10 minute apart from each other. Our team thrives on collaboration and mutual respect, ensuring that both our patients and staff feel valued and supported. We’re proud to be a multi-doctor office that values quality care in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone who can step in immediately, bringing their expertise and enthusiasm to our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform solo periodontal charting and conduct comprehensive oral assessments.
- Deliver high-quality hygiene services, including but not limited to, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
- Utilize our advanced laser technology to enhance patient comfort and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain a fast and efficient workflow, seeing one patient at a time with dedicated time slots—typically 60 minutes for new patients, recare visits, and two quadrants of scaling and root planing.
- Adhere strictly to all infection control protocols, wearing provided PPE including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental hygienist is preferred.
- Current dental hygiene license and laser certification.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills to foster rapport with patients and staff.
