As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dental care, ensuring optimal oral health for our diverse patient base. You will work closely with our skilled dentists and specialists to provide comprehensive services, from routine cleanings to advanced preventive care. Your dedication to patient education and comfort will be essential in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations.
- Assess and document patients’ oral health status and provide preventive care.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and encourage good dental habits.
- Assist in the implementation of infection control protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist.
- Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient education and rapport-building.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
