Job Posting: Part-Time Dental Hygienist

Join our dedicated team at a thriving general dentistry practice! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate part-time (Fridays only) Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and committed to providing an exceptional dental experience. Our modern facility features five treatment rooms, ensuring a comfortable and efficient environment for both our staff and patients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, one-on-one, typically spending an hour with each individual. We prioritize quality care and take pride in offering a comprehensive range of services in a Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO office. Your primary responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, conducting patient wellness scans, and educating patients on oral health practices.

To be successful in this position, you must possess strong communication skills and be a team player, ready to collaborate with our talented staff. We value an eagerness to learn and develop professionally, and encourage candidates who are willing to expand their skills in areas such as Laser treatment, Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF), and advanced wellness scans.

Our practice is committed to providing a safe work environment and adheres to high standards for personal protective equipment (PPE). We supply our hygienists with disposable gowns, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to ensure your safety and comfort during patient procedures.

We also understand the importance of work-life balance, offering a generous one-hour lunch break (Fridays 9am-2pm with waived lunch and 10 minute rest break) during your shift. With plenty of free parking available for our staff, you'll enjoy a hassle-free commute to work.

We offer competitive compensation in the range of $60 to $65 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits such as in-house dentistry, paid time off (PTO) for full-time employees, and retirement options. Transition to full time is always an option
