Garland, TXJoin our dynamic dental office team as a Front Office Professional, where your role is pivotal to creating an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with 1-3 years of experience in a dental front office setting, particularly familiar with General, Medicaid, PPO, and Private insurance practices. Your expertise in managing appointments, patient records, and billing will ensure smooth operations every day.
As a vital member of our team, you will engage with patients, assist with insurance inquiries, and navigate scheduling using Open Dental software. A solid understanding of insurance processes and a keen attention to detail are essential to excel in this role.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $22, we offer essential personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, latex and nitrile gloves, and N95 masks to ensure your safety as well as that of our patients. Enjoy a structured 30-minute lunch break during your shifts, and after one year of service, valuable benefits will be available to you.
