Front Desk/Office Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable dental professional to join our general dentistry practice on a full-time basis. This position is available now and as a replacement for our office manager when she leaves to be a full time mother. This is an opportunity to work alongside a seasoned team in a well-established, small office that places a strong emphasis on quality care, patient relationships, and long-term trust.

For more than 35 years, our practice has been an integral part of the community, serving generations of families with personalized attention and a commitment to excellent outcomes. Our team brings more than 100 years of combined experience, and we value a collaborative environment where every team member contributes to a positive patient experience. Parking is available in front of the office for added convenience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading the team, making appointments, and collecting from patients. We are looking for someone with great people and excellent communication skills who can support our practice philosophy of quality over production. Patient contact is scheduled 3 days per week, with flexible schedules on Monday and Friday. There are no weekends or evenings, making this an excellent opportunity for work-life balance.

We are happy to train the right person, so prior experience is helpful but not required. A college-level education is preferred, and candidates who bring professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset will thrive here.
