Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a General Dental Office** serving both **general and private practice** patients. This is a **full-time opportunity for an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality preventive care, patient education, and a positive clinical experience in a modern, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting oral health and helping patients maintain healthy smiles through thorough cleanings, assessments, and preventive treatment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate clearly with patients of all ages and backgrounds. A strong commitment to professionalism, efficiency, and patient comfort is essential.

### Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis procedures
- Conduct routine oral health assessments and document findings accurately
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and at-home maintenance
- Assist the dentist and clinical team with preventive and periodontal procedures
- Maintain accurate charts and follow established clinical protocols
- Ensure patient comfort while upholding high standards of care
- Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently

### Qualifications
- RDH License required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental hygiene role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach
- College-level education or equivalent training in dental hygiene

### Work Environment and Safety
The office provides essential PPE to support a safe and compliant workplace, including:
- Disposable gowns
- Nitrile gloves
- Regular masks

### Compensation
- $45–50/hour
