We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our thriving practice focused on delivering high-quality patient care. Our office specializes in various dental areas, including General, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics, offering a diverse working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and understanding
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments efficiently
- Manage patient records and appointment scheduling
- Perform essential chair-side duties, including taking x-rays and impressions
- If EDDA trained more responsibility will be expected
- Engage in expanding responsibilities with opportunities for on-the-job training to become an EDDA

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Dental assisting certification is a plus
- Dental EDDA Certificate is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- A willingness to learn, grow, and work effectively within a team

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist the dentist with various procedures
* Prepare patients for treatment
* Sterilize and maintain dental instruments
* Manage patient records and appointments
* Perform chairside duties, including taking x-rays and impressions
* Make esthetic functional temporaries, pack dental cord, pack fillings and adjust, deliver night guards, deliver dentures, perform zoom whitening, and more, can train on the job to become an EDDA if needed.

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Dental assisting certification or experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to grow, learn, and take the lead if needed
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
