Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Part Time

Griffin, Georgia
Grinville Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused practice committed to providing exceptional care while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
This position is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys building patient relationships, values teamwork, and is confident providing periodontal therapy and patient education.
Pay: Up to $53.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonus
Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week, scheduled within our regular business hours:
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Schedule may vary based on practice needs and candidate availability.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene examinations
Provide preventive and periodontal therapy
Take diagnostic radiographs
Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide excellent patient care
Support treatment acceptance through patient education and communication
Periodontal Experience Required
Our practice has a strong periodontal program with a high volume of scaling and root planing (SRP) treatment. Candidates should be comfortable identifying periodontal disease, discussing treatment recommendations, and performing SRPs efficiently while maintaining an excellent patient experience.
Qualifications
Active Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR certification
Strong periodontal knowledge and clinical skills
Comfortable performing SRPs and periodontal therapy
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
