Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat various oral health conditions.
- Perform a range of dental procedures, including routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorative work, as well as more complex oral surgeries.
- Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring their understanding and comfort with recommended procedures.
- Maintain meticulous records of patient treatments and progress in compliance with established protocols.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in dental techniques and technology, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license with unrestricted practice.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply if passionate and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Work Environment:

Our office is designed to promote a comfortable and professional atmosphere for both patients and staff. We provide ample parking located within the shopping center to ensure convenience for our team members.

You will also enjoy a generous one-hour lunch break during your shift, allowing you time to recharge and prepare for providing outstanding care to our patients.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary structured on an hourly basis, which will be discussed during the interview, and is commensurate with experience.
