We are seeking a dedicated front office team member for a full-time position at our state-of-the-art dental clinic. As a front office professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients while supporting our multi-specialty practice that includes General Dentistry, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, and more.

Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, insurance verification, patient charting, and providing exemplary customer service. Proficiency in dental terminology and knowledge of billing and coding processes are essential for this role. You will collaborate closely with our experienced team to maintain our commitment to excellence, innovation, and compassionate patient care.

Our ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and strong communication abilities to effectively interact with both staff and patients. Bilingual skills are a plus.
