Associate Pediatric Dentist (Full-Time)

Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and passionate about serving children in a Medicaid practice environment. This position offers a steady patient flow, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, restorations, extractions, pulp therapy, and preventive services

Diagnose and develop treatment plans appropriate for pediatric patients

Manage behavior using age-appropriate techniques to ensure a positive patient experience

Educate patients and parents on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Adhere to all state regulations, Medicaid guidelines, and practice protocols

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program

Active (or eligible) state dental license

Medicaid credentialed or willing to become credentialed

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

Excellent chairside manner with children and caregivers

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume practice

Schedule
Full-time position, 4 days a week between the hours of 8 - 5

Consistent, reliable schedule with strong patient demand
