We are seeking a friendly and positive individual to join our front office team in a part-time capacity at our general and private dental practice. This entry-level position is perfect for those looking to make a meaningful contribution in a supportive environment.
As a front office team member, you will manage patient check-ins, schedule appointments using Dentrix scheduling software, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. You will receive comprehensive training, so previous experience is not necessary; we believe in cultivating talent and providing you with the tools needed for success.
Our office prioritizes safety and provides Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Enjoy a comfortable break schedule with a 1 hour and 15-minute lunch break from Tuesday to Thursday, and a 10-minute break on Fridays.
We offer part-time benefits such as Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year, an IRA with matching contributions, and paid holidays, all without a waiting period.
