An exciting career opportunity is available at our well-established, multi-specialty dental practice located in the beautiful Chestnut Hill/Erdenheim area. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and energetic Pediatric Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who enjoys working with children and providing exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about pediatric dentistry, committed to patient education, and dedicated to creating a positive dental experience for every child and family.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, cleanings, and preventive care for pediatric patients
Take digital radiographs and assist with diagnostic procedures as needed
Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental care
Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Follow infection control protocols, OSHA standards, and HIPAA regulations
Assist chairside when needed and support the clinical team in providing outstanding patient care
Create a comfortable and positive experience for children of all ages
Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service

Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Minimum of 3 years of dental hygiene experience required
Current CPR certification
Pennsylvania State Police Clearance
Child Abuse Clearance
FBI Criminal Background Check
Experience with Dentrix preferred
Local anesthesia certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
