Position: Dental Patient Coordinator
Location: Katy, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
*Only candidates with 6 months or more of experience will be considered for this role.

We are seeking a professional and motivated Dental Patient Coordinator to join our fast-paced general dentistry practice in Katy, Texas.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience in a dental front office setting
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presentation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and managing incoming phone calls
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Verifying dental insurance benefits
Assisting with treatment planning and patient education
Collecting co-pays and payments
Supporting the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations
