We’re looking for a motivated and organized leader to oversee daily operations, support our doctors and team, and ensure exceptional patient experiences. If you’re passionate about leadership, team development, and patient care — this is the role for you!

### **Essential Functions**

* Support company standards while fostering strong relationships with doctors and staff
* Deliver outstanding patient service and experience
* Manage, train, and mentor office staff
* Oversee budgets, financial plans, and reports
* Lead local marketing initiatives and drive patient growth
* Collaborate with operations leadership and corporate teams
* Demonstrate strong communication, judgment, and leadership skills
### **Qualifications**

* **High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred**
* Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
* **3–5 years of dental office management or leadership experience required**
* Strong organization, multitasking, and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Computer proficiency and adaptability to new systems

### **Work Environment**

* Full-time schedule with occasional overtime or travel as needed
* Must follow safety and infection control procedures
* Mix of sitting, standing, and patient interaction throughout the day
