We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join our patient-centered team in a full-time role within a general, multi-doctor, private practice environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive setting focused on delivering exceptional care and creating beautiful smiles for every patient.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive oral health care, including dental cleanings, periodontal charting, radiographs, patient education, and ongoing support for maintaining healthy smiles. You will work closely with doctors and team members to help deliver efficient, high-quality care while ensuring each patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

The ideal candidate is a team player with some prior experience in a dental office setting and a strong working knowledge of Eaglesoft. Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional demeanor are essential, as this role involves educating patients, assisting with treatment planning support, and contributing to a positive office atmosphere. We value individuals who are dependable, collaborative, and passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.

This full-time position follows a Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break each day. Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. To support a safe and efficient work environment, the practice provides essential personal protective equipment, including face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, uniforms and regular masks.
