Front Office Receptionist
-Irvine Smile Design is looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and personable individual to join our front office team. This position is ideal for someone with minimal dental experience who is organized, communicative, and eager to learn and grow.
-The primary focus of this role will be patient communication, phone calls, responding to text messages, and auditing the daily schedule to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
-Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
-Communicate with patients by phone, text message, and in person
-Respond promptly and professionally to patient text messages
-Confirm appointments and assist with scheduling
-Audit the schedule for accuracy, completeness, and efficiency
-Help identify scheduling gaps and opportunities to optimize the schedule
-Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
-Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
-Assist the front office team with daily administrative duties
-Learn and utilize dental terminology and office systems as needed

Qualifications
-Previous dental experience is preferred but not required
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Comfortable handling multiple phone calls and patient communications
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Willingness to learn dental terminology and office procedures
-Dentrix experience is a plus
Rate:
$20-24

Schedule (Part-Time may be an option)
-Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible 6:30)
-Tuesday: 7:00AM – 4:00 PM
-Wednesday: 10:45 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible 6:30)
-Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible 6:30)
-Friday: 7:00AM – 2:30 PM
-If more Hours are needed, Saturday is available: 7:45 AM – 2:30 PM (1 or 2 Saturday a month)
