We are a patient-focused and growing dental practice in McAllen and Palmview, Texas, seeking a talented and compassionate Dental Assistant to support our dynamic team. In our office, you'll engage with a diverse range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics, while ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during procedures, taking digital radiographs, and educating patients about their dental health. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with our bilingual patient base will be essential. We require candidates who are state registered, CPR certified, and have at least one year of relevant experience.

Our practice values teamwork and a positive patient experience. You'll enjoy a supportive environment with access to necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, and N95 masks. We offer ample parking and a structured workday with an hour-long lunch break.
