We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our family and cosmetic practice on a part-time basis. Established in 1999, we have built a reputation for excellence in providing general dental services, including preventative and restorative treatments. Our practice accepts a range of insurances, including Medicaid, PPO, and Private plans, ensuring we cater to a diverse patient base.
In this role, you will support our single-doctor practice by assisting with patient care, managing front office duties, and maintaining meticulous patient records. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in dental terminology, front desk operations, and digital X-ray systems, like DEXIS. Proficiency with Dentrix and Dentrix Ascend is essential, along with the ability to handle dental scans and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires at least 5 years of dental assisting experience, particularly with an emphasis on customer service, and candidates must be cross-trained in various office roles.
